The Wish pattern includes 4 sizes, and can be made with fat quarters, or a jelly roll + fat quarters for the stars.  This quilt is traditionally pieced, and is recommended for beginners comfortable with piecing.  Using Diagonal Seam Tape (link below) during construction will save you a lot of time!
